After returning from his loan at Empoli, the Norwegian attacker was excluded from Gian Piero Gasperini’s squad list for Roma’s preseason training camp.
Over recent weeks, the Giallorossi have entertained talks with several clubs for Solbakken’s permanent move away from the capital.
As reported by Filippo Biafora of Il Tempo, Nordsjaelland are now closing in on Solbakken who is tipped to join them on a permanent deal.
