Jayden Oosterwolde will be a new Roma player.

The deal with Fenerbahçe is now finalized, and only the final step remains before he officially begins his adventure with the Giallorossi.

As reported by TuttoMercatoWeb.com, Oosterwolde is expected in the capital tomorrow.

Once he arrives, he will undergo the usual medical and then sign the contract that will bind him to Roma.

The Dutchman will arrive from Fenerbahce on loan with an option to buy, which could become a mandatory deal if certain conditions are met. These include reaching a minimum number of appearances, a threshold that is unlikely to be particularly high.

Overall, the deal is valued at around €16 million.

Roma thus secures a player who can be used both on the wing and as a defensive midfielder, increasing Gasperini’s options. To see him back on the pitch immediately, however, a little more patience will be needed.

Oosterwolde is recovering from a muscle problem that has kept him out in recent weeks and will need to complete his recovery. However, it shouldn’t be long: he should be available again within three weeks at the latest.
