Roma midfielder Leandro Paredes credited the impact of manager Daniele De Rossi following his side’s 4-1 victory over Monza.
The Giallrossi hammered Raffaele Palladino’s men in Lombardia—their seventh win in nine matches since De Rossi’s appointment in mid-January.
“We played a good match tonight, but we’ve still got to improve,” stated Paredes in his post-match interview on DAZN.
“De Rossi? He’s constantly talking with us players, he and I have always have a very strong rapport. My goal is to continue getting better every day because I’m sure I can do it with him here.”
“I’ve definitely been one of those who benefitted the most from his arrival—playing more has been better for me because I can do my job in the middle of the pitch.”
