Genoa coach Patrick Vieira denied the recent rumors linking him with Roma.
The French manager who joined Genoa at the start of the year spoke in a press conference today and, among other things, addressed the reports that came out in recent days, claiming he was being considered for Roma’s head coach position.
“For a coach, the future always depends on the 95 minutes. We are not mathematically safe yet, so I don’t want to waste energy uselessly and talk about staying up in Serie A.”
“Roma? What I can tell you is that I have absolutely not spoken to any other club,” said Vieira when asked about the Giallorossi.
