Roma midfielder Lorenzo Pellegrini spoke to the media shortly after the Giallorossi beat Sassuolo 0-1 at the Mapei Stadium.
“We have to constantly improve. We played better offensively and could have scored more goals. We were coming off two losses and had a great desire to win. We’re giving it our all on the pitch,” he said.
“The fans? We’re lucky in this respect because it’s always been like this for us; these people don’t realize how important they are to us. This stadium has been home to me, and I send my regards to the Sassuolo fans because they too have remained in my heart.”
