Good news for Claudio Ranieri who will be able to rely on Roma captain Lorenzo Pellegrini in the upcoming Derby della Capitale.
The Italian midfielder had been out since suffering an injury in training prior to the match with Juventus.
After a few days of rest, Pellegrini returned to group training earlier today with the hope of convincing Ranieri to start him in the next edition of the highly anticipated Rome derby.
It was in the last derby in January that Pellegrini redeemed himself in the eyes of the fans, scoring a vital goal in the Giallorossi’s 2-0 victory.
