Bad news for Claudio Ranieri ahead of a crucial showdown with Atalanta in the final weeks of the season.
The veteran technician’s side were dealt a huge blow this afternoon as Lorenzo Pellegrini appeared to go down with an injury in today’s training session.
As reported by LaRoma24.it, Pellegrini seems to have suffered a muscle injury which prevented him from continuing the team session.
The midfielder will undergo further tests tomorrow to assess the extent of the injury.
