Roma defender Roger Ibanez is being linked with an exit from the Italian capital.
The Brazilian centreback is being primarily targeted by Premier League clubs.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Tottenham and Chelsea have both made inquiries for Ibanez in recent weeks.
However, both clubs deem Roma’s current asking price of €30 million too high and are unwilling to enter talks unless Roma lower their demands.
