Edoardo Bove remains a concrete target for clubs in the English Premier League.
The Roman born midfielder is being linked with the likes of Everton and Bournemouth.
Both clubs supposedly submitted bids for the 22-year-old player.
Bove’s future in the capital is dwindling as the midfielder seems to have failed to impress Daniele De Rossi.
Moreover, Bove has proven largely incompatible with the manager’s tactics and is therefore deemed moveable.
The player’s agent has been looking for solutions in England’s top flight.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, with the Friedkins taking over Everton, the two clubs could create a long-term synergy on the transfer market.
This way, Roma could choose insert a buyback clause in a deal that would see Bove join Everton.
This would guarantee his return to the capital in a year or two.
For the moment, however, the newspaper writes that Roma and Everton will mostly focus on exchanging younger players from their respective youth sectors.
