Roma are expected to part ways with their Primavera coach, Federico Guidi, in the coming days.
In recent days, the Giallorossi club had proposed the renewal to the coach, who had asked for time to decide on his future.
48 hours later, as reported by the Gazzetta Regionale, Guidi communicated to the management his desire not to continue his adventure with the Giallorossi.
The coach’s future now includes the Primavera of Milan, thanks to the coach’s relationship with Vincenzo Vergine, head of Milan’s youth sector and former Roma executive, who had already brought him with him to the capital.
Guidi was appointed as Roma youth head coach in 2022 following Alberto De Rossi’s decision to step down from managerial duties.
During his tenure, Guidi collected 43 wins, 17 draws and 20 losses.
He led the Giallorossi to a Primavera Coppa Italia and a Primavera Supercup.
