Roma are still not out of the woods with regards to the signing of Saud Abdulhamid.
After agreeing upon the player’s transfer fee with Al Hilal, Roma are in the process of completing the last formal details of the deal to enable Abdulhamid to travel to Italy.
As reported by Fabrizio Romano, the player has been on stand-by throughout the night, waiting for Roma’s green light.
However, Romano also adds that Reims have been trying to hijack the deal and swoop in on the 25-year-old right-back.
Initially, the player’s arrival in the Italian capital was scheduled for later today.
