The latest rumors from Italy suggest Roma may soon reignite their interest in Federico Chiesa.

The Italian winger remains on the margins of Juve’s project and will be forced to make a decision on his future. Roma, on the other hand, are still looking for a player in his position and had been close to signing him a month ago.

According to Sky Sport reporter Angelo Mangiante, the Giallorossi and Chiesa nearly reached an agreement last month until the latter asked for more time to reflect on his situation.

Now, with only a few weeks remaining until the transfer deadline, Chiesa appears to be keen on Roma as an opportunity—opening the chance the capital club make a last-second push to acquire the veteran.
