Despite his best efforts to recover from knee surgery, Rick Karsdorp is set to miss the remainder of the season.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Dutchman has recently amped up his workload following successful surgery on his injured meniscus.
However, the prognosis remains the same – Karsdorp will be out for the rest of the season.
His future will then be re-assessed by the Giallorossi in the summer as Karsdorp was close to an exit in January before settling his differences with Jose Mourinho.
