Roma have been once again linked with Argentine midfielder Rodrigo De Paul.
As the Giallorossi continue their search for the necessary midfield reinforcements this summer, De Paul’s entourage have approached the club and offered the 29-year-old, reports Il Tempo.
Having already been linked with Roma several times over the last few years, De Paul is seeking a return to Italy as his spell at Atletico Madrid seems to have come to an end.
The main obstacle remains De Paul’s considerable salary – well over €3 million – and the fact that Atletico are only willing to find a permanent deal for him, whereas Roma would prefer a temporary solution.
