Roger Ibanez is officially no longer a Roma player after completing a move to Al-Ahli.
The defender’s departure to Saudi Arabia was announced earlier today by the capital club.
After four years with the Giallorossi, Ibanez has signed a permanent deal with Al-Ahli.
Following the club’s announcement, Ibanez wrote his farewell message under an emotional video on Instagram.
“Thank you for everything, Roma. Everything that I’ve experienced here has been special and unforgettable. You’ll always remain part of my life,” wrote the Brazilian centreback.
