Roma defender Roger Ibanez was recently asked to discuss his rapport with Jose Mourinho and the Special One’s impact on Roma.
“Getting to work with him is truly exceptional,” Ibanez said of Mourinho in an interview with Brazilian portal Sambafoot. “He is a very special person.”
“He knows how to deal with everyone. He is one who works a lot on the mentality, talks to each player in the way he thinks is best, from the day he first arrived until today he continues to be the same person.”
“He’s a very competitive person, who always wants to win, so there’s not much else to say about him. His expressions on the sidelines say it all.”
