According to Spanish news outlet Marca, Arthur’s priority is to play in the Premier League where he spent a brief and unmemorable stint with Liverpool.
However, reports the news outlet, a more realistic scenario would be his continued stay in Serie A where Roma and Napoli have both shown interest in him.
Roma have made inquiries for him on De Rossi’s request – the Roma head coach considers Arthur a good fit for his system.
Napoli are rumored to have made a preliminary offer.
