Roma and Feyenoord fans have been preemptively prevented from travelling from their respective countries to attend the Europa League playoffs.
In an official statement published on their website, Roma announced the following decision:
“The club can confirm that, following the recommendations of the Italian and Dutch authorities, tickets for Feyenoord v.
Roma will not be sold to residents of Italy, and tickets for Roma v. Feyenoord will not be sold to residents of the Netherlands.”
