Roma continues to move in the transfer market to secure the left winger Gian Piero Gasperini wants.

The Giallorossi management has identified two key players: Malick Fofana and Jamie Bynoe-Gittens.

Two names, two different negotiations, and only one position to fill in the squad.

Fofana represents Roma’s dream, but the path to the Belgian winger remains complex.

Sporting director D’Amico continues to work to unlock the deal, and Lyon’s elimination from the Champions League could alter the situation, encouraging a possible receptiveness from the French club.

The Belgian option, however, isn’t the only one on the table. Gittens has been listed by Roma as a viable alternative, and the Giallorossi are also working on this front.

The English winger, owned by Chelsea, could represent a different solution in terms of both his characteristics and his formula.

According to Alfredo Pedullà, D’Amico is continuing to work on bringing Gittens to the capital on loan.

He is in constant contact with the player’s agent, and further discussions were held between the parties today. Significant developments are expected in the coming hours.
