Legendary Roma captain and club executive Bruno Conti bid farewell to Jose Mourinho who departed the Giallorossi on Tuesday.
After Mourinho’s dismissal following two and a half years in the capital, Conti – who works for the club’s Youth sector – penned a moving farewell message to the Special One, welcoming Daniele De Rossi as his replacement.
“Dear Jose, in two and a half years you brought a trophy back to Rome, and gave a lot of enthusiasm back to us Roma fans. It was an honor for me. Thank you for everything, I will never forget you.”
