Roma have missed out on Sam Steijn of Twente after being linked with him in recent weeks.
The Dutch midfielder – currently Eridivisie’s top goal-scorer – has in fact completed a move to Feyenoord.
Steijn’s move has been made official as a new player for Feyenoord, a club with which he has signed a contract until 2029.
According to Italian media reports, Roma were interested in Steijn.
However, Feyenoord closed the deal quickly, as announced directly through the official social channels.
