Roma is accelerating its efforts to bring Robinio Vaz to the capital, with negotiations advancing rapidly, according to Fabrizio Romano’s latest updates.
The deal between the Giallorossi and Olympique Marseille now appears to be practically done, with the French club considering the player a sell-out.
The key to this deal is the breakdown of Vaz’s contract renewal with OM, which paved the way for the Giallorossi.
The two clubs have reached an agreement based on an obligation to buy that, including bonuses, will reach €25 million.
Roma has managed to meet the French club’s demands, but now attention turns to the player.
Roma is working intensively with Vaz’s agents and met with them today to present their sporting project and convince the 2007-born player to join the Giallorossi. Despite fierce competition, with an English club recently making a comeback, there’s optimism at Roma.
The agreement between the two clubs is solid, and the possibility of the deal materializing seems imminent.
Roma, therefore, is getting closer and closer to Robinio Vaz, who could be their first signing for the second half of the season.
According to Eleonora Trotta, young striker Robinio Vaz could arrive in Rome as early as tomorrow.
