Roma are at work to secure the short-term signing of Leonardo Bonucci for the remainder of the season.
The veteran centreback is in talks to join the capital club on a free transfer from Union Berlin in the January window.
According to La Repubblica, negotiations between Roma and Bonucci’s entourage are well underway and there is only a few details left to be settled in the coming hours.
The Giallorossi are said to have prepared a short-term deal for Bonucci that will be valid until June of next year with the option for a further year.
