Roma have officially submitted their second offer for Lorenz Assignon.
The 24-year-old right-back of Rennes is Roma’s new priority on the market.
The Giallorossi are in serious pursuit of Assignon, who spent the second half of last season on loan at Burnley.
Today, the capital club advanced their second offer based on a loan with obligation to buy, reports Filippo Biafora of Il Tempo.
There is still no agreement yet between Roma and Rennes on the figures of the deal, but the parties are getting closer.
Roma’s objective is to close the deal before the start of the season.
