Roma have come out victorious in their lawsuit against former sporting director Gianluca Petrachi.
Petrachi had taken Roma to court following the club’s decision to fire him in 2020. The Italian director was paid €5 million as compensation for his exit.
However, journalist Michele Criscitiello of Sportitalia reports that Roma won the lawsuit against Petrachi, forcing him to return the €5 million and cover all additional costs involved in the legal proceedings.
