UEFA has published its annual financial report, which shows how much the teams have earned from their participation in European cups.

Roma were also included in the list following their participation in last year’s Europa League which culminated with the infamous defeat to Sevilla in the final in Budapest.

UEFA’s report states that Roma’s total earnings from their European campaign amounted to €30.7 million.

Only Manchester United received more than the Giallorossi, who, despite stopping in the quarter-finals, earned €32.7 million euros thanks to a share of the market pool almost double that of the Romans, €16.9 million against €8.9 million.

Sevilla, winner of the competition, obtained €21.8 million, to be added however to the €54.7 obtained by participating in the group stage of the Champions League
