Ex-Roma sporting director Walter Sabatini is set to join Bologna. La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Sabatini will have a role at Bologna similar to the one he had at Inter. Not only will he only help oversee the technical area of Bologna, he will also help oversee MLS side Montreal Impact, who are also owned by Joey Saputo. Meanwhile, Sabatini could turn to an old flame to help reinforce the Rossoblu: Gerson. The Italian brought the young midfielder to Roma in 2015 and is interested in reuniting. Reportedly, Bologna could offer a loan with an option to buy.
