Shanghai Shenhua is pressing to bring Roma’s Stephan El Shaarawy to China. Nicolo Schira of La Gazzetta dello Sport reports the Chinese side have increased their offer to the ex-Milan attacker. The club have put forth a three-year contract worth €16 million in net wages per season, nearly double their latest contract offer to the attacker. El Shaarawy’s contract with Roma expires in 2020 and it remains to be seen if he will accept this offer from China.
