Roma and Al Hilal still have no agreement for the transfer of Angelino.
The Spanish fullback has accepted the Saudi club’s offer is now waiting for the clubs to finalize an agreement.
However, as Fabrizio Romano reports, negotiations appear to be complex and Al Hilal will not be able to complete Angelino’s signing in time to register him for the Club World Cup.
Roma have not given Angelino authorization to travel for his medical despite reports claiming otherwise.
