The negotiations between Torino and Roma for the youngsters Romano and Terlizzi did not come to fruition within the expected timeframe, but could reopen later.
The two Roma youth players were linked with a move to Torino in view of the Financial Fair Play deadline on 30 June.
Torino sporting director Davide Vagnati confirmed his side’s interest in the two players and acknowledged that talks remain open even after the two sides did not complete the deal before 30 June.
“We had an agreement, we’ll see if it can be done later,” Vagnati told the media.
