Roma are one step closer to signing Kostas Tsimikas from Liverpool.
Following the morning arrival of Jan Ziolkowski from Legia Warsaw, who will bolster their central defender roster, Sporting Director Frederic Massara is very close to finalizing a deal with Liverpool for the Greek player.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the 29-year-old will be Angeliño’s new back-up.
The deal is a dry loan, with his salary almost entirely covered by the Giallorossi.
Tsimikas is expected to arrive in the capital in the next few hours.
