RomaPress – Former Borussia Dortmund defender Mats Hummels is set to become a new Roma player.
Following extensive negotiations, the Giallorossi confirmed to multiple media outlets, including RomaPress, that they’ve reached an agreement with the veteran’s representatives late Tuesday.
He’ll arrive in the Italian capital early Wednesday afternoon just before 12.30 CET.
Upon landing, the 35 year-old will have to quickly undergo his medical examinations as squads for the UEFA Europa League league phase must be submitted today [4-September] by 24:00 CET.
Hummels’ contract will net him €2.5 million this season.
