Another impressive statistic has come to the surface in reference to Roma supporters’ devotion and loyalty to their team.

With the season winding to an end, ForzaRoma.info provided an interesting summary of Stadio Olimpico’s attendance across all competitions.

As recounted by the news portal, since 20 August of 2023, between Serie A, Coppa Italia and Europa League, 1,700,877 fans have attended the team’s home games at the Olimpico.

Since the reopening of the stadiums at 100% capacity following the COVID pandemic, Roma have almost always played in front of an Olimpico without even an empty seat, yet in the same period of time the Giallorossi have never finished the league campaign higher than sixth position. A statistical paradox given that the only two teams with more average spectators in the season were Inter and Milan, both winners of a Serie A championship in the last 3 years and who will also finish in the top two this year.
