Roma: “Nobody has paid Pjanic’s buyout clause.”


Roma released an official statement via the club’s official website to dismiss the transfer rumors surrounding Miralem Pjanic, here is the full release:

“AS Roma have today dismissed media speculation claiming Juventus have agreed to buy Bosnian midfielder Miralem Pjanic.

In a short statement released to asroma.com, a club spokesperson said: ‘AS Roma denies today’s report on sportmediaset.it concerning an alleged payment of the buy-out clause in Miralem Pjanic’s contract as the story is completely groundless.'”
