Il Tempo: Alive is the search for a new attacker and midfielder for Roma, but the attack is the first priority.
The January market will be limited for Roma, but the Giallorossi will use their limited resources to reinforce the team. In this moment, the priority is to address the departure of Iturbe, now almost a player of Torino. The Argentine is ready today or tomorrow to make his transfer official: €500,000 goes to Roma for the loan with an option to buy for €12-€13 million. One of the conditions that will allow Roma to see cash in this winter market is Torino having to exercise their option to buy on Isco Falque now rather than the summer (for €6 million).
PSG winger Jesé is at the top of the list. An agreement with PSG has been reach for the loan plus an option to buy in the next summer, however, the player’s wage demands are the final hurdle to the operation. Roma hope to lower the demand for €3 million plus bonuses (net), the same amount he earns at PSG until 2021. On standby are alternatives such as El Ghazi, Depay and Feghouli, with the latter being offered to Roma despite playing in AFCON with Algeria.
