Marcos Leonardo continues to push for his move to Roma to go through.

The player’s future, however, is still uncertain as newly appointed Santos manager Diego Aguirre stated publicly that he wants to rely on Leonardo going forward.

The Brazilian side’s board are yet to take a decision on the 20-year-old transfer to Roma.

According to news portal De Olho No Peixe, Leonardo did not attend training this morning and is extremely unhappy with the situation at the club.

The player is said to be psychologically fragile due to the circumstances that are preventing him from joining Roma at the moment.
