Earlier today, Roma were rumored to have made a bid for Argentine attacker Lucas Beltran of River Plate.
The capital club were even rumored to have reached an agreement with the player’s entourage.
However, the Giallorossi’s bid proved to be lower than Fiorentina’s.
Therefore, Italian journalist Alfredo Pedulla reports that Beltran has ultimately decided to join Fiorentina on a permanent deal.
He will depart Buenos Aires tomorrow in order to complete his medical with the Viola.
