Santos want to hold a face-to-face confrontation with Roma target Marcos Leonardo.
The Brazilian attacker – who had requested a transfer to Roma over two weeks ago – continues to refuse to train with the rest of the team as Santos face relegation and severe turmoil in the club’s top management.
According to news portal Globoesporte, Santos have asked to meet with Leonardo.
The club’s board want to confront the player about his attitude and behavior in light of Roma’s negotiations for him.
Santos will reaffirm their stance and threaten the player with legal action unless he makes himself available for the next match with Gremio.
