Roma are not giving up in their pursuit of Brazilian attacker Marcos Leonardo.

After encountering several obstacles in their initial negotiations with Santos, Roma have come up with their last bid for the 20-year-old who continues to push to join the capital club.

In light of Santos president Andres Rueda declaring that Roma’s initial proposal did not match the player’s value, the Giallorossi have submitted what they consider to be the last bid in the race for Leonardo.

According to calciomercato.it, Roma have put over €20 million on the table including add-ons.

The club are now waiting for Santos to evaluate it and respond within the next few hours.
