Belgian midfielder Radja Nainggolan denied the possibility of a rumored return to Roma.
Still a free agent following his brief spell in Serie B with SPAL, Nainggolan was asked about recent reports which claimed he had offered himself to the Giallorossi as a last minute emergency signing.
“I never did any such thing,” Nainggolan said in an interview with Sport Paper TV. “The only true thing is that I did a live broadcast on Instagram in which I said: “I would happily accept a minimum salary just for the sake of returning to Roma.”
“I still have many ideas and goals. I rejected offers from Serie C. Given the level of Serie B, I still have a lot to give to this sport,” he added.
