Inter executive Beppe Marotta once again commented on Romelu Lukaku’s decision to not return to the Nerazzurri, choosing Roma instead.
In an interview with Radio Anch’io Sport, Marotta did not mince words, “We were disappointed because we seemed to have a very good relationship with him, but we did well to find other alternatives on the market.”
“It’s now part of the past, the world of football is now strange and we have to adapt to what has happened. Inter continues to move forward,” added the Italian director.
