Monza manager Raffaele Palladino was once again asked about the tension between Roma boss Jose Mourinho and his team.

Mourinho’s “silencing” gesture on Sunday after the Giallorossi pulled off a late win earned the Special One a red card and a suspension for the match against Inter.

In his press conference earlier today, Palladino addressed the situation.

“I understand that controversy is needed to make news but I don’t want to do it. I don’t wish to engage with it,” said Palladino.

“These are things that can happen, I want to talk about the match that we play tomorrow. Furthermore, we were welcomed very well in Rome and had no problems with them.”
