The legendary Roma midfielder has become the favorite to land a new managerial job, this time in Serie A.
In fact, the latest report by Sportmediaset claims Daniele De Rossi has become a strong candidate to replace Marco Baroni at Hellas Verona.
Hellas’ poor start to the season has seen them plunge to the bottom of Serie A.
As a result, the North Italian club are considering the up-and-coming De Rossi – who has only one previous coaching experience at SPAL – as Baroni’s successor.
De Rossi’s vice assistant is expected to be former Lazio midfielder Giampiero Pinzi.
