Roma fined for chants against Napoli supporters

Roma have been fined in the latest round of verdicts by the Serie A sporting judge.

Following the Giallorossi’s 2-0 victory over Napoli at Stadio Olimpico on Saturday night, the capital club have received a fine for the chanting by their Curva Sud toward the opposing fanbase.

As revealed by the sporting judge on the Lega Serie A website, Roma have been fined €5,000 for “having their supporters, in the 2nd minute of the first half, repeatedly chant rude chants towards the opposing team’s fans.”
