Roma midfielder Bryan Cristante expressed his disappointment after yet another defeat to Juventus at the Allianz Stadium in Turin.

The team vice-captain discussed tonight’s frustrating 1-0 defeat in his post-match interview with DAZN.

“The important thing is to return home with the three points, but today it’s not the case – we go back with zero points instead. We played a good match, matches like this are decided by episodes. We know Juventus defend very well and we go home with a bit of disappointment.”

“Juventus are good at defending, we know it and it becomes difficult to score. Going ahead and then taking the three points home is one of their characteristics. They took the lead with that episode and it got tough for us to break through.”

“We must do more, we have the potential to stay ahead. We are lucky that the Serie A table is narrow, we just need to win a string of games to find ourselves back at the top.”

“January transfers? I’m always available to help out in defense, but let’s hope someone arrives. On one side or the other the roster is short.”
