Lazio responded to Jose Mourinho’s comments in the aftermath of Roma’s defeat in the Derby della Capitale on Wednesday.
The Biancocelesti took to Twitter their response toward Mourinho’s accusations of the penalty awarded to Lazio – which eventually led them to win the match – as the example of a ‘soft penalty in modern football.’
In their response on Twitter, Lazio displayed the foul committed by 18-year-old Roma defender Dean Huijsen, with the tagline: “This is a penalty even on Mars.”
