Roma saw Lorenzo Pellegrini get to doing what he does best in their recent win over Hellas Verona.
The Giallorossi captain led the team to a 2-1 victory over Marco Baroni’s men in the aftermath of Jose Mourinho’s sacking.
Italian media included Pellegrini in their list of best performers of the night. The midfielder received the highest ratings for the night with a score average of 7.16/10.
Edoardo Bove and Dean Huijsen were also included among the highest rated players of the night. This was Huijsen’s second start for Roma since joining the club on loan from Juventus at the start of January.
In the meantime, Patricio, Llorente and Dybala received the lowest ratings. The Portuguese shot-keeper received the lowest score among all Italian newspapers with an average score of 4/10.
