Roma and Empoli closing in on Tommaso Baldanzi deal

Roma and Empoli are making rapid progress in their negotiations for a deal involving Tommaso Baldanzi.

The Giallorossi are determined to complete Baldanzi’s signing before tomorrow’s transfer deadline which is set at 20h00 (CET).

According to TuttoMercatoWeb, the two clubs are very close to an agreement for Baldanzi to join Roma on loan with an obligation to buy.

The loan will be of 18 months with Roma ready to pay €15 million in obligation (including €2-3 million in add-ons).

There is still work to be done, but the news portal reports that there is optimism on both sides for a positive conclusion to the negotiations.
