Roma defender Evan Ndicka has lifted the top prize of the AFCON tournament.
Earlier today, the 24-year-old centreback was involved in the highly anticipated final of the Africa Cup of Nations with Nigeria.
The match was ultimately decided by a single goal by Sebastien Haller, making the Ivory Coast the champions of Africa for third time in history.
Ndicka will now join his teammates in celebrations before returning to the Italian capital.
Roma are hoping to have him back at Daniele De Rossi’s disposal for the upcoming Europa League playoffs with Feyenoord.
