Inter Milan defender Francesco Acerbi is not at risk of being suspended following his gesture in Roma – Inter.

The Italian centreback was caught on camera as he showed his middle finger to Roma fans that had been taunting him for his past as a Laziale prior to his opening goal.

As reported by Corriere dello Sport, there is no serious ongoing investigation into Acerbi’s gesture – the player is unlikely to be suspended and will probably only receive a minor fine after reaching a plea agreement with the Federal Prosecutor.
